First, the room above is our 600 peso a day room. It comes with single bed which is three feet wide. For those on a tight budget, we allow up to two persons. We readily provide bed sheet, two pillows and one electric fan. Please note that it does not have a private bathroom. Our guests can use the common restroom of this house.

LOCATION 

It was a pleasure giving you a tour of our rooms. Should you choose to book or visit us, we are located at One Beatriz Tower Lauan St. Project 3, Quezon City. In your mobile app, open google maps or waze and just search for One Beatriz Tower.  

CHECK-IN TIME

To accommodate everyone on a daily basis we have set our standard check-in time as 12:00 noon and check-out as 12:00 noon. As for the check-in time, we wish you could arrive from 8 am to 5 pm.

RATES

For your convenience, we request full payment upon check-in. Rates are either 600 (fan room). Also, rates already include water & electricity bill.

TRANSPORTATION

For those riding the jeepney, the following destinations/signages will pass Aurora Blvd. Please ask the driver to drop you off at National College of Business Arts (NCBA). One Beatriz Tower is beside Petron. You may also get off at LRT 2- ANONAS STATION.
